If you are interested in controlling your anger, look within. Ask yourself: “Why am I angry?” Don’t blame others. Don’t point your finger at somebody and say: “So and so makes me angry!” When you point one of your fingers to blame somebody, please notice that three of your fingers are pointing at you. Nobody has the capacity to make you angry and, by the same token nobody can make you happy. You are the cause for your own happiness, unhappiness, anger, hatred, or joy, whatever it is. So, ask yourself: “Why am I angry?” Your answer will be: “Oh, I expected something from that person. I wanted something to happen from that person. I wanted to get something from somebody. I didn’t get what I wanted.” So, you are angry. Analyze your own anger and you will find the reason is within you.
